Very accommodating and no pressure.

We went to Suburban Chev to look at an Equinox that was equipped the way we wanted, however it wasn't the color we wanted. Our sales rep, Ben was able to find an exact match. He got it in a couple of days later. While we were waiting for the car to arrive, he kept in touch letting us know the progress of the car and answering any questions that we had. Throughout the process we never felt any pressure to buy. After we got the car Ben spent a generous amount of time showing us how to use the many features the car had.

Dealership was professional, helpful, and the sale of the vehicle was smooth with the vehicle ready upon arrival. Dealer allowed down payment over the phone with final payment after inspection. The sales person was very helpful in working out the details of the sale and was low pressure. The sales person was also knowledgeable on the vehicle technology use and configuration. There were no "last minute changes" I have experienced at other dealers what I was quoted was what I payed driving off the lot. Purchase sheet was clear an straight froward without having to guess where numbers were coming from. There were no numbers shifted to other areas "shell game" at this dealer or discounts that read as down payments as I literally experienced during my vehicle search from other dealers. It was honestly the best new vehicle purchase experience (3 total) I have had.

Test drive to buy. It was that easy.

I did my research on the vehicle I wanted to test drive. Having a disability that was not addressed with a converted mini van. I needed to change how I got into a car, power driver seat to adjust, in camera backing up assist that is on most newer cars now. I needed to change to heal my spine. I also need a great deal on a new car. This I got at Suburban Chev. No hard sell I was treated with respect. I had just had a bad experience at a different dealership. Having never met the person I had a appointment with, called him during the hard sell I was getting and not feeling comfortable. He did a great job dealing with this situation I was having. Had a test drive at Sub. Chev. went on the highway and I knew this was my new vehicle. Having a patient salesperson, put me at ease driving a new car with a stranger. Finance was great except the wait as the persons ahead of me took longer. Have your paperwork together for finance think of the customer behind you!

Need to execute better

Dropped off car at 7:30 in the morning. Got a call to pick up car at 3:45. When I got to the dealership it wasn't ready and I had to wait 30 mins. Manager knocked of $50 on my $1000 tab which I appreciate. I would rather just have my car ready when it is supposed to be and not have to wait after leaving it all day.

No pressure help

Jason was extremely helpful and didn't try to "sell" me on something I didn't want. We found the right car at the right price with no hassles.
