I found the service department to be friendly and professional. I am however, disappointed with the outcome of the problem I am having. I brought in a certified preowned 2017 Malibu, that I had just purchased from Suburban a week prior. The issue is a tire hum or whine that the service department said they were not able to correct. They said it was a problem with the tire itself. I would think that if the vehicle is covered under a certified preowned warranty, that this problem should be taken care of. I am not unhappy with the service department, they did an excellent job. But I never felt that this issue was given the attention it deserves at another level at dealership or from Chevrolet itself. I would appreciate a second look at this issue and perhaps a meeting so that a potential outcome could be had where both parties are satisfied.

Appointment was made with many time options. Service was very friendly and efficient. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. WiFi was a good speed. Overall great experience.
My brother Paul purchased the car for me and I couldn't love it more... I haven't had much interaction with them yet but what I have had has been very good. He purchased an extended warranty so I know I will have much future experience to report. I look forward to having my car maintained at Suburban Chevrolet!
Overall, pleased with my experience. Service department was friendly and professional. Once the work was started on my car, it was completely in a timely manner. The only negative was I schedule a mid-morning Thursday appointment. As walking out, the advisor as “how long do I have you car?” They didn’t look at my car until Friday afternoon and didn’t fix it until Monday. The advisor asked if I need wheels for the weekend, but would have been a hassle to try to get the rental. Just don’t schedule the appointment if you don’t have the time.
Always does a fine job, completely a pleasure spending money at suburban. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Easy to make an appointment fast at any issues that arrive and quickly solves.

Suburban has been our preferred Chevrolet dealership since 2011. Service staff are always knowledgeable and straightforward. Sales staff have never been pushy to sell me a car if I am not ready. Jack Yanisch offered to help when I became interested in my new Impala. He eagerly and politely showed me features and offered a test drive. He came in on his day off to begin our purchase paperwork and pursued all possible incentives. Jack was good to keep us up to date on the status of our purchase. Service was good as always. I received a text to pay online so I did to expedite the process. I arrived after 5pm to get the car and service was closed. Went to the cashier who did not show my payment. Only the service Dept has access. To leave with my car, I had to pay again another $650. You need to have the cashier be able to see the payments online when you go to her for your keys. The cashier was very nice and apologetic. Good service from her.
