Took 2.5 hours for oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter. Was told no more than 1.5 hours. After waiting 2 hours had to find service rep to determine status. Told at least another half hour. Went back to pay in advance of completion. Rep left w/o telling me. Other reps had no clue what was going on. Could not find paper work. Finally finished in a rush as I was now late for another appointment. Realized at home the 10% discounts I showed the rep initially were not applied and then had to call to be corrected. Just bad service. Have now decided to switch to Lenzen.

Recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Highlander from Suburban Chevrolet of Eden Prairie. Working with Kevan was AMAZING!!!! He was quick to respond to any questions and concerns! My biggest concern was driving 3.5 hours to come look at the vehicle. Kevan listened to my concerns and assured me as a family man himself, he knew my expectations for the vehicle, and he wouldn’t want to waste my time driving up there to not like it! He rated the SUV as a 9.5 out of 10, he was spot on! We loved it the minute we saw it and test drove it! Another great assurance was the free Carfax report! The dealership just put on new tires and had the Highlander freshly detailed too!!!! What an amazing SUV and an amazing price!!! From the time we arrived to driving off the lot took 2 hours!!!!
